A Memphis Bibles Rugged Leather Rebind is for those who simply desire to have their bibles rebound. For Rugged Leather Rebinds we use great quality leather. We use a more rugged leather for these bibles which also has an unfinished inside edge. Also comes with a leatherette or card stock end sheet on the inside cover.

Terms and Conditions

  • Since leather is a natural product each leather cover will have its own character, grains, scuffs, scratches and spots. When possible we select the best portion of the hide to recover your bible. We will do our best to ensure your cover is very nice. However, please know leathers vary greatly in texture, color, softness and smoothness.
  • We do not recover traditional old family bibles. Norris Book Binders in Mississippi and Leonard’s Book Binding are great options for that sort of work. We also do not recover bibles which have significant damages to pages or have a lot of pages separating and falling out.
  • It is our highest priority to make sure you are happy with your bible. If some reason you are not satisfied with your bible please let us know. We will do our best to make it right!
  • It is the customers responsibility to pay in full before bible is returned. Payment may be made through Paypal (jaylemonds@gmail.com), Venmo (@James-Lemonds-1) cash or by checks payable to Jay Lemonds. Paypal payments will also be charged an additional 3.5% to cover the service fee.
  • We take great precautions in rebinding your bible. In some very rare occasions, it is possible we cannot repair the bible because of the condition of the pages and previously glued spine. If this is the case we are happy to refer you to a professional restorer.
  • Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling. We typically use USPS Priority shipping. The cost is typically $11. Although the USPS has proven to be reliable… once the bible is shipped to the address provided Memphis Bibles isn’t responsible for any lost bibles. Lord willing, this never happens!
  • Once your bible is received and evaluated, on average, it can take up to 2-4 weeks to have it rebound and returned. If you desire a special leather and/or color your wait time could be slightly extended. Again, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to give new life to your bible.
